About the Membership Transfer Procedure (How to Activate Your Account)

With the renewal of our website, we have migrated our online shop system.
We have already transferred the registration information of existing members (customers who registered as members before December 20, 2021) to the new site, and a password reset is required.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but customers who have not yet reset their password will not be able to log in, so please take the necessary action.
■ To all existing members
Please activate your account from the email you received from us, set your password, and then log in.
Instructions
1. From the "Activate your customer account" email you received from NAGATANI, select (click) "Activate account." *If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder.
2. Once the page opens, please register a new password.
3. Once you are automatically logged in to the "My Account page," your account activation is complete.
Note: For docomo, au, and SoftBank carrier email addresses, you may not be able to receive emails from us even if you are not using a spam filter service. Please set your email to receive emails from (info-onlineshop@nagatani.co.jp) or change to an email address that is easier to receive, such as a PC email address or a free email address (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.).
Please note that order history up to the morning of December 20, 2021, is managed by us. If you have any questions about products, please feel free to contact us. Order history after the renewal can be checked from My Page.
■ For new member registrations and customers who have not received the activation email
Please register as a new member from the member registration screen.
