■Repair Process

1. Repair Acceptance

Please send your name, details of your inquiry, and photos (full product and damaged areas) to the above address.

 

2. Estimate

After reviewing the photos and the details of your request, we will check with the relevant department about the feasibility of the repair. If repair is possible, we will provide you with an estimate and other details.

Depending on the content, it may be necessary to inspect the actual item. Thank you for your understanding.

 

3. Receiving the item for repair

If you decide to proceed with the repair, please send the item to us. (Shipping costs are borne by the customer.)

Once we receive the item, we will reconfirm the details. The estimated cost may change depending on the situation.

*If we determine that repair is not possible at this stage, the item will be returned cash on delivery.

 

4. Payment

Payment is requested via bank transfer (advance payment).

We will provide you with bank transfer details along with the estimate, so please proceed with the payment. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.

 

5. Repair Work

Once we confirm receipt of the item and payment, we will begin the repair.

 

6. Product Delivery

Upon completion of the repair, we will return the item to your specified address.

After shipping procedures are completed, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Handle replacement (for 2 handles): 18,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

*For reinforcement/partial repairs, please inquire separately.

 

・Corner scuffing/piping repair

Partial recoloring: 5,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

Full recoloring: 18,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

Piping replacement: 16,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

 

・Lining Repair

Lining replacement: 20,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

*If zippers or pockets cannot be used, a separate estimate is required.

 

・Hardware Repair

Grommet replacement: 6,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

Hardware replacement: 9,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

 

・Stitch Fraying Repair

Restitching fraying: 6,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

*Due to the nature of the work, the stitching on the lining may be unpicked.

 

・Zipper Repair

Slider adjustment: 3,500 yen (excluding tax) ~

Slider replacement: 7,500 yen (excluding tax) ~

Zipper replacement: A separate estimate is required.
