>How to order
1. Find products on the site
It is convenient to register as a member to purchase products on this site. If you wish to register as a member, please proceed with the procedure here.
Please navigate to the detailed page from the products displayed on the site, or to the product list page from "Categories" in the top menu.
2. Confirm the product design and color, and add to the shopping cart
Select your desired product/color and click the "Add to Cart" button.
3. Confirm your order details
Click the "View Cart" link or the "Bag logo" in the top menu to check the contents of your "Cart". If there are no issues with the contents, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue with the purchase process.
4. Enter customer information, etc.
Please enter your customer information, specified delivery address, specified payment method, specified desired delivery date and time, and other inquiry items as needed.
If you are a registered member, please check if the information registered in your customer information is reflected.
Confirm the order details and if there are no issues, click the "Place Order" button to confirm your order.
5. Order completion
Once the order acceptance process is complete, an automatic email confirming order acceptance will be sent to your registered email address.
>About communication from our company
As part of NAGATANI's efforts to combat unauthorized card use,
if a transaction with a potential for unauthorized use by a third party is detected, we will contact the customer by phone.
Transactions for which we cannot confirm the cardholder's identity by phone will be temporarily canceled.
If you receive a cancellation email, please use another payment method and place your order again.
>Order content confirmation
After completing your order, an automatic email with the subject line "[Order Confirmation]" will be sent to your registered email address.
This email is important for your order. Please check the content and save it until the transaction is completed.
If your order is not completed successfully or if your email address is incorrect, you will not receive it. In that case, please contact us via the inquiry form.

>Flow until product shipment
*While we thoroughly manage inventory, in the unlikely event that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone.
*Please note that if orders are busy, it may take longer than usual to ship your order.
1. For customers using credit card payments or online payments
After confirmation of approval from the card company, we will proceed with preparing your order for shipment.
2. For customers using deferred payment (Paidy)
Please wait for your product to be shipped.
You will receive an email notification for Paidy payment requests on the 1st of the month following your Paidy usage month, and payment is due by the 10th.
3. For customers using bank transfer
After confirming payment, we will ship the product.
4. For customers who order Color Select Order
We will send a separate order confirmation email from our store.
As a guideline for shipping, it will be approximately 2 to 3 months after order confirmation.
Please note that cancellations or returns due to customer convenience after order confirmation are not possible.

Paidy is a post-payment method that does not require a credit card. You can pay at convenience stores or banks the month after your order. Since you can ship before payment, you can receive your products immediately. Please select Paidy on the payment method selection screen and use it.
*Paidy is a payment service provided by "Paidy Inc." You will receive payment notifications from Paidy, not from our company. Paidy payment notifications will arrive by email on the 1st of the month following your Paidy usage month, and payment is due by the 10th.
You can also check your billing information from the 1st of the month following your usage month on MyPaidy (an account created when you first used Paidy).
Depending on the content of your order, we may ask you to change the payment method.
■Bank transfer
Once your product order is confirmed, this payment method involves depositing the payment into NAGATANI's bank account.
Once payment is confirmed, preparation for product shipment will begin.
However, for reserved items and semi-custom orders, shipment will be processed once the product arrives.

>About receipts
After the delivery status of the relevant order in "Order History" on My Page changes to [Shipped], a [Issue Receipt] button will appear in the order details, allowing you to issue a PDF receipt.
・Only one receipt can be issued per order. Once issued, the [Issue Receipt] button will disappear.
・The honorific (様) for the addressee will be automatically printed.
・The addressee can be up to 32 full-width characters. "上," "上様," or a blank field cannot be issued.
・The receipt issue date will be the "shipment date" of the ordered product.

For orders for which receipts are not issued
・Deferred payment (Paidy)
This will be reflected on the customer's screen automatically registered at the time of payment [My Paidy].
Your usage statement will serve as your receipt.
If paying at a convenience store, please use the payment slip from the time of transfer; if paying by direct debit, please use the bankbook entry in conjunction.

>About returns and exchanges
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival.
While we take every precaution with product quality, we will promptly address any initial defects, incorrect items, or damage/scratches caused by delivery accidents.
*NAGATANI products use natural leather. The leather handled by our brand may have small scratches, blood streaks, tiger marks, etc., but this is proof that it is natural leather, so please enjoy the various expressions as a characteristic of the leather; these do not constitute initial defects.
Returns/exchanges due to customer circumstances
If you contact us within 7 days of product arrival to request an exchange or return, we will accept it for unused items only.

Cases where returns/exchanges cannot be accepted
・If you contact us 8 or more days after product arrival
・Products from which the NAGATANI logo tag has been removed or discarded.
(If the tag is missing, we will consider the product to have been used.)
・Returns without prior contact or confirmation
・Products that have been used once or more
・Products that have been stained or damaged by the customer
・Other products determined to have clear signs of use upon inspection at our company's arrival point
・Lucky bags or SALE items
・Made-to-order products (such as Color Select Order, Cell)
・Pre-order products

Please note that shipping fees will be borne by the customer. We cannot accept returns with cash on delivery.
About refunds:
*After we confirm the return of the product, the refund process will begin, and it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete the refund.
It may take longer if there are consecutive holidays or long holiday periods such as year-end and New Year holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
If the refund is made by bank transfer, bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that shipping fees charged at the time of shipment cannot be refunded.
>About long-term absence
After shipment, the maximum holding period for packages by Yamato Transport is 7 days, regardless of the reason.
If you have an absence notification, please promptly request redelivery from the nearest office listed on the notification.
