Difference between Color Select Orders and in-stock products: Color Select Orders allow you to choose your preferred design and combine body color, metal fittings, and leather cord stitching to create a unique item.
After receiving your order, skilled artisans meticulously craft each piece, from leather selection and cutting to sewing, using their expert techniques. (Please allow 2-3 months for delivery.)
For in-stock products, we offer items made from high-quality domestic and international leather that are more suitable for daily use.
Changes to product specifications for items on sale: Our store does not accept requests for changes to product specifications (design, metal fitting color, lining, etc.) or full custom orders.

About Limited Color: Products designated as "Limited Color" in our store are product colors for which there is no foreseeable restock.
Also, if the main leather material is not available, sales may end, so please consider your purchase as soon as possible.
About product images (colors): While we make every effort to display product photos as close to the actual colors as possible, the color reproduction and performance may vary depending on the monitor settings of your computer or smartphone, and it is generally difficult to match these colors precisely in images. Furthermore, due to differences in room lighting and the environment during product photography, the color perception may slightly differ from the actual product even if the material and color are the same. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
I want to see the products in person.: We have a display space within our company premises (Tokyo Showroom or Osaka Head Office) where you can view products. If you wish to visit, please be sure to make a reservation in advance.

About color samples: This service has been discontinued.
If you have any questions, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Can I use waterproof spray or cream? How can I prevent the product from losing its shape?: All NAGATANI products use natural leather.
To make your product last longer, please regularly remove dust and dirt with a soft cloth.
We do not recommend using waterproof sprays or creams as they may damage the unique texture of the leather.
If you do use them, please test them on an inconspicuous area first and confirm that there are no issues with the product before applying.

(If it gets wet with water)
Quickly absorb the moisture by gently pressing with a soft cloth, then air dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Be careful, as storing it with residual moisture can lead to mold.

(If it gets severely dirty)
We also offer repairs through our aftercare service. Please consult us.

(Storage Method)
Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity, and we recommend storing the product in the flannel bag provided at the time of purchase.
For bags, arranging the shape and stuffing the inside can help prevent it from losing its shape.
If you will not be using it for an extended period, take it out of the bag on a clear day to allow for good ventilation.
When will it be shipped?: In-stock items will be shipped within 1 week after order confirmation.
Semi-custom orders will take approximately 2 months from the final order confirmation. Once your order details are confirmed, we will provide you with the estimated shipping date.
Pre-order items will be processed upon arrival.

If you have a preferred delivery date for any item, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your delivery instructions.

For long holidays such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays, we will announce details via NEWS.
About resales: Generally, the resale timing for out-of-stock items is undecided.
Also, some products may be discontinued due to production reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding.
We cannot individually inform you about restocks, so please check the website periodically.
About product packaging and gift wrapping: Products are delivered in a double-layered package, first in a branded cosmetic box, which is convenient for storage, and then in a cardboard box. If you do not use your wallet or bag for a while, storing it in the cosmetic box will keep the product in good condition, allowing you to enjoy it for a long time. Please feel free to use the cosmetic box after delivery.

The cosmetic box provided is also perfect for gifts for your loved ones.
Furthermore, upon request, we will deliver the product with a ribbon tied and a shopping bag included. If you wish for this service, please select "Add to Cart" and then check the "Request Wrapping" checkbox on the cart page before completing your order.
Please note that the style of the ribbon tying may vary depending on the size of the product and packaging situation, so we will leave it to our shop's discretion.
Some products are not eligible for this service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
