>How to Order
1. Search for products on the website
It is convenient to register as a member to purchase products on this site. If you wish to register as a member, please proceed with the Member Registration.
Transition to the product detail page from the products displayed on the site, or transition to the product list page from "Categories" in the top menu.

2. Check the product design, color, etc., and add it to the shopping cart
Select your desired product/color and click the "Add to Cart" button.

3. Confirm your order details
Click the "View Cart" link or the "Bag logo" in the top menu to check the contents of your "Cart." If there are no issues with the contents, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to proceed with the purchase process.

4. Enter customer information, etc.
Enter customer information, specify the delivery address, specify the payment method, specify the desired delivery date and time, and other inquiry items as necessary.
If you have registered as a member, please confirm that the information registered in your customer information is reflected.
Confirm your order details, and if there are no issues, click the "Place Order" button to confirm your order.

5. Order Completion
Once the order processing is complete, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.


>About Contact from Us
As part of NAGATANI's efforts to combat unauthorized card use,
if we detect a transaction that may be subject to unauthorized use by a third party, we will contact the customer by phone.
Transactions for which we cannot confirm the identity of the user by phone will be canceled temporarily.
If you receive a cancellation email, please use another payment method and place your order again.


>Order Confirmation after Ordering
After completing your order, an automatic email with the subject line "[Order Confirmation]" will be sent to your registered email address.
This email is important for your order. Please check its contents and save it until the transaction is complete.
If your order was not completed successfully or if your email address is incorrect, you will not receive this email. In such cases, please contact us via the inquiry form.

>Flow Until Product Shipment
※While we thoroughly manage our inventory, in the unlikely event that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone.
※Please note that if orders are concentrated, it may take longer than usual for shipping.

1. For customers using credit card payment or online payment
After card company approval, we will sequentially proceed with preparing the product for shipment.

2. For customers using deferred payment (Paidy)
Please wait for product shipment.
Paidy payment notifications are sent on the 1st of the month following the month of use, with payment due by the 10th.

3. For customers using bank transfer
After confirming payment, we will ship the product.

4. For customers ordering Color Select Order
We will send you a separate order confirmation email from our store.
The estimated shipping time is approximately 2 to 3 months after order confirmation.
Please note that cancellations or returns due to customer convenience are not permitted after the order is confirmed.

>About Receipts
After the shipping status of your order in "Order History" on My Page becomes [Shipped], a [Issue Receipt] button will appear in the order details, allowing you to issue a PDF receipt.

・Only one receipt can be issued per order. Once issued, the [Issue Receipt] button will disappear.
・The honorific title (sama) for the addressee will be automatically printed.
・The addressee name must be within 32 full-width characters. "Ue," "Uesama," or blank cannot be issued.
・The receipt issue date will be the "shipment date" of the ordered product.
・If you have any questions, please contact us by email.

About orders for which receipts cannot be issued
・Deferred payment (Paidy)
It will be reflected in the customer screen [My Paidy] which is automatically registered at the time of payment.
Your usage statement will serve as your receipt.
If paying at a convenience store, please use the payment slip from the time of transfer; if paying by bank transfer, please use your passbook entry in conjunction with this.


>About Shipping
Ordered products will be shipped within one week after inspection.
All shipments are made via Yamato Transport.

※If the orderer and recipient are different
Delivery notes and items showing prices will not be included. If different from normal handling, please specify in the "Remarks" field when ordering or send a message via "Contact Us."

>About Cancellations
In the event that you wish to cancel an order after placing it, please contact us immediately to request the cancellation.
If the item has already been handed over to the delivery company, we cannot accept cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.

For made-to-order products (including Color Select Order), we do not accept cancellations, changes in style, or returns after the order has been placed.


>About Returns and Exchanges
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival.

While we take every precaution regarding product quality, we will promptly address any initial defects, incorrect items, or damage/scratches incurred during delivery.

※NAGATANI products use natural leather. The leather handled by our brand may have minor scratches, blood vessels, tiger stripes, etc., but these are proof that it is natural leather, and we ask you to enjoy the various expressions as individual characteristics of the leather. These are not considered initial defects.

In case of returns/exchanges due to customer circumstances
If you contact us within 7 days of product arrival with your intention to exchange or return, we will accept it only for unused items.
Please be sure to contact us in advance via email (info-onlineshop@nagatani.co.jp) or phone (06-6728-0129).

Cases where returns/exchanges cannot be accepted
・If you contact us more than 8 days after product arrival
・Products from which the NAGATANI logo tag has been removed or discarded.
(If the tag is missing, we will assume the product has been used.)
・Returns without prior contact and confirmation
・Products that have been used once or more
・Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
・Other products that are clearly deemed to have been used upon arrival at our company
・Lucky bags or SALE items
・Made-to-order products (such as Color Select Order, Cell)
・Pre-order products


Return period:
Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of product arrival.

Return shipping costs:
Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We cannot accept returns with freight collect.

About refunds:
※After we confirm the return of the product, it will take about 1 to 2 weeks for the refund process to be completed.
It may take longer if there are long holidays such as consecutive holidays or New Year's holidays. Please understand this in advance.
In the case of refunds by bank transfer, transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Also, if shipping costs were included at the time of shipment, they cannot be refunded.


>About Long-term Absence
After shipment, the storage period for packages by Yamato Transport is a maximum of 7 days, regardless of the reason.
If you receive a不在票 (absence notice), please promptly request re-delivery to the nearest branch office listed on the notice.
Please make sure to receive your product.

Please note that if a product is returned due to long-term absence caused by customer convenience, we may refuse future transactions.


>About Repairs
We accept repairs so that you can continue to enjoy your purchased items for a long time.
Please feel free to contact us first via the [Contact Form].

When contacting us, please provide your order information, product name, product condition, and the area needing repair.

Unauthorized use of images by reprinting beyond the scope of private use is prohibited.

All product sizes are measured independently by NAGATANI.
Slight discrepancies may occur depending on the measurement method.


>About International Shipping
Currently, this service does not offer international shipping.
If you wish to ship internationally, please contact us via individual email (info-onlineshop@nagatani.co.jp).
We will confirm your desired product, delivery region, etc., and then inform you of the payment method and shipping fees.

>If You Don't Receive Emails
