A basket tote is a must-have for spring.

I can feel a hint of spring in the air now. Spring is just around the corner.

Although it's already spring on the calendar, it's still cold... (laughs).

This time, I'd like to introduce our new genuine leather 2-way bag, "CINDY", which was released recently. Since spring is coming soon, it's the season when you want to go out lightly. This bag has just the right size and lightness for such occasions. For spring commutes or casual outfits, I think this simple, practical, horizontally long basket tote is the perfect bag.

The handle is designed with an exquisite balance in terms of position and length, and it's designed with an emphasis on lightness, so I think you'll find it easy to carry. While it doesn't fit A4-sized files, I believe it's a suitable size for commuting and its basket silhouette also looks great for casual outings on holidays.

So, even though it doesn't fit A4 size, how much can it actually hold? I immediately tested it out. I'm going to put in a 500ml plastic bottle (approx. 23cm), a well-known women's fashion magazine, an iPad Pro 12-inch, the flap long wallet "LILY", the glasses case "KARIN", and the tri-fold wallet "BONHEUR" with an iPhone 12 Pro!

First, a glasses case with glasses and an iPhone easily fit into the inner open pocket. Naturally, there's still plenty of room. (laughs) This open pocket is convenient for storing items you want to access quickly, such as a pass case. There's also a zippered pocket on the opposite side, so it's a good idea to keep important items there.

Next, I tried putting in a plastic bottle, a long wallet, a tri-fold wallet, and an iPad in order. As you can see, there's still plenty of room, so you should have no problem storing necessities like a small cosmetics pouch for going out.

Then, close the bag with the hidden magnets inside.

So, what do you think? We were able to store most of the necessary items for going out, keeping it neat and stylish. The shoulder strap has a fastener inside, so if you want to carry it as a basket tote, you can tuck it away, and it won't get in the way. And if your arm gets a little tired from carrying it, you can take out the shoulder strap and carry it on your shoulder, and you might even surprise your friends by saying, "It comes with a shoulder strap too?!" (No one would be surprised by that, though. Laughs).

The shoulder strap on this bag is designed to be non-removable. The shoulder strap drop is "36-39cm" and its length is "68-74cm," so it can be worn on the shoulder, but even when extended to its maximum length, wearing it cross-body might be a bit challenging.

Yes... right? I know I left one item out. It was intentional. I was going to quietly end it there, but let's try to see if it fits in the bag anyway! So, I tried hard to put the last remaining women's fashion magazine in. I didn't really try that hard... As you can see, it fits if you try to put it in, but it still pops out of the bag.

Fashion magazines are a special size, slightly larger than A4, so if you put a magazine in, it will be in this state, and you won't be able to close the bag with the hidden magnets. While there's no problem carrying it, I don't think it looks cool... I'll leave the judgment of how to use it to each of you, but please be moderate, as carrying it too heavy would defeat the purpose of it being designed with an emphasis on lightness.

So, after a spring wallet, it's time to prepare for spring outing outfits.
